Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and Ireland.

United Kingdom

Standard Shipping (Royal Mail / Evri): Free Delivery time: 2–7 business days

Ireland

Standard  Shipping: Free Delivery time: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link (if applicable) via email. Some low‑value items may be sent via untracked services to keep shipping costs low.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot guarantee delivery and may not be able to refund or replace the order.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Customs & Duties (Ireland Only)

Orders shipped to Ireland may be subject to import duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
